I will be traveling to St Thomas next week and I was wondering if anybody knows which rental companies that doesn't require you to have a major credit card to rent that will accept debit or check cards?

I am pretty sure that Budget will take debit cards, but they require you to buy a full tank of gas and you will have to wait a while to get the damage deposit back. Don't mark my words on it, but i know it entails extra stuff. Give them a call.
