I was in St. Croix for 3 weeks this March and was on Cane Bay seveal times which is my favorite beach and also love the Off the Wall for cocktails. While on the beach last Wednesday the 19th several police cars showed up with automatic weapons and vests and began to questions some of the locals there. It looked like there could have been a bad altercation as things got heated but in the end the police left. I have noticed several of the same visitors to this beach each time I came and am wondering if this is something that is a common occurance? Anyone else there that day??
