I was looking at villa rentals in stj. As some of you know I'm staying at my cousins house, but I thought it would be cool to stay on st John a night. I don't want to go higher than 150....that seems very possible. I know there aren't any on a beach but a view of water or a sweeping view would be nice hehe. The problem...all have minimum stay requirements. Are there any that allow one night? It's end of may early June is it busy then? I would think kids still in school or just getting out and memorial day crowds maybe gone? It looks like stj would be a beautiful island to wake up on and enjoy some tea overlooking a beautiful bay....I'll regret it if I don't. Thank you for your time! Remember I'm very budget friendly but....I don't want to rough it. Most all villas I've seen look very quaint and nice to stay in.
Nate.
I am afraid you are out of luck for a villa. Try Maho Eco Resorts or Cinnamon camp sites

I'm sure you'll have a lovely view from your cousin's deck up in Frenchman's Bay!
I am not aware of any villa on STJ that rents for one night. Even in the off season the minumum is usually 5 nights
we have rooms with a bath that rent foe 125/night, but it is in red hook.

That's not a villa on St John, bill, and he already has accommodation lined up on STT.
very hard to get a villa rent for just one night. unlike a hotel room, where it's always sitting pretty much ready except for some general cleansing... a villa requires the attentions of the pool person, the maintenance person, the housekeeper, the gardener, perhaps the exterminator... so costly that the rent does cover the expense of getting the villa ready.
I suppose that does make since. I did fine one but its more of an open air type place then a villa. looks cool but...i dont know. maybe ill just stay on stt and go to st john a couple times or something...time is dragging! I guess thats good because then the vacation can take its time too :-p
whatever you choose to do it should be what you like and what makes you comfortable. you put time and effort (not just monetary investments!) into your time away. it should be what you want.
