I am planning on building a house there (not bought property yet). I am a residentail builder in the states. Can I bring my own employees (US Residents) to work there?

Anybody who can work legally in the US can work in the USVI. I would consider this plan carefully however. You are going to need the good will of the inspectors, etc on island. Bringing in you own workers may cause you some problems. Also, it never hurts to have some "homies" on the payroll in case of trouble.

Just a thought.
