my kids and I will be camping on St. Johns for President's week. How bug-y is it? Any tips from anyone who stayed at Cinnamon Bay?

Are you going to "St. John's", Antigua...or "St. John", USVI? Since you mention Cinnamon, I believe you mean "St. John" (no 's'). Bring bug spray! They are worse after an especially high amount of rain...but they are about average right now.

Cinnamon Bay is a beautiful beach and the campground is nice. Great waking up early and going for a walk on the beach or for a swim. February is the month we typically get the least amount of rain so shouldn't be any surges of bugs due to lots of rainfall. That said bugs are always around. Bring stuff to keep the mosquitoes and no-see-ums away.
