Hi,I'll be staying at Cinnamon Bay Campground on St John this November and booked a baresite.Does anybody have any idea which sites are closest to the beach? I know you can't specify which site you want but I'd like to know which ones to ask for when I arrive.
I thought about a cottage or one of their canvas tents but I figured if I have my own tent I'll know what's in there with me when I lay my head down to go to sleep.I'll be sure to keep the tent closed up and sprayed every day to insure a good nights rest without bugs or mosquitos.
Any info on the baresites would be appreciated.
Thanks.
Debbie

Hey Patty....we stayed about 5 nights in one of the cabins. Cold water showers!!....~campground~ bathrooms....& lots of noseeums!!
I came home looking like I had the chickenpox!!....but I can't wait to go back!!
I'm thinking next time I'll bring my own tent.

You WILL enjoy it...the view out weighs ANY bad things!!

Hi all,
I'm thinking of spending a week at Cinnamon Bay in July of this year and was considering trying for one of the cottages on the beach. I'm a single female and will be traveling alone. While, I've read that its safe and one should take normal precautions, I was wondering if there are any other women out there who have gone solo to Cinnamon Bay and if so what their experience was like. Thanks. Angie
