I was wondering if in the bvi's if you swim from a boat up to a beach can you go on the beach. I understand that some beaches you can't cross private property to get to a beach. any info will help, thanks in advance.

To my knowledge all beaches in the BVI's are open to the public and you can anchor out and swim or dinghy in.

chrisss,
Do not swim to the beach without registering your boat, crew, and passengers with the BVI. International maritime law (must enter via port of call). Effective Jan 1,2007 BVI requires a Passport. The only way you should enter the BVI without registering is if your boat is sinking. go to www.boatbvi.com
