Hi,

My husband and I will be in St. John 4/18-4/25. We are interested in taking a day trip to snorkel (Indians) and to Jost Van Dyke to the Soggy Dollar Bar. We are thinking about also including a stop at the Baths. If anyone will be there at the same time and is interested in sharing a charter boat please let me know.

Thanks!
Megan

What type of boat are you planning on chartering?

That sounds like a lot to do in one day. You can snorkel the Indians for at least an hour. You'll want a couple of hours at the Baths and at least an afternoon on Jost Van Dyke.

I agree with Stormy, that is an agressive agenda for a one day trip. In my experience most charters do either an Indians/Jost trip or one to the Baths. That said, the big powerboat BadKitty does (at least as of last year) a 1-day trip that goes to all those places + Cooper. You can find them on the web. The downside for us was that each stop was fairly brief and we felt that too much time was spent on the boat. One of our faves for sailing day trips out of STJ to the Indians & Jost is the Calypso (sister boat to Bad Kitty.) Enjoy your trip!

Check out New Horizons....They do a BVI trip to the Baths, Diamond Reef for snorkling, Marina Cay for lunch and then Jost . We are taking it in May. $145.00 per person.
