what is the best ride to bvi for a day sail? and the most fun.
It won't be a 'sail', as the sailboats go too slow to really hit the BVI...try www.newhorizonscharters.com Tim and Holy run a great biz and they have a couple of boats that you might like to choose from...the New Horizons II, The Breakaway, and I think they recently picked up another boat for BVI trips, but I can't remember the name of it....NHII is a MUST for me whenever I have friends or family visit....you see 4 different islands, see the Baths, stop for lunch, stop for snorkeling, you have an open bar, and you end at the Soggy Dollar....really a top notch trip...
thanks marty do you live by bluebeards beach club?
Daydreamer is a CAT that leaves from Saphire hits ST John then to Jost Van Dyke and back
It is a nice day on the water, and you get to the BVI but as marty says if you want to cover some geography - motor is the way to go.
The new boat is BREAKAWAY II.
Hotrod - Yep, I live just above Limetree Beach....used to be the Sales Manager there at Bluebeard's Beach Club...
Breakaway II! Aha!
