DOES ANYONE KNOW THE INGREDIENTS FOR THE DRINK CALLED THE BUSHWHACKER? WE HAD IT IN ST THOMAS 2 WEEKS AGO AND LOVED IT! MAYBE THE PHONE NUMBER TO A LOCAL BAR THAT SERVES IT. ANY INFO WOULD BE APPRECIATED.
Call the 19th hole on St. Thomas. Ask for Jean or Harriette. They make the best Bushwacker on island! Or just pour alot of alcohol in a glass and drink it.
I CANT SEEM TO FIND THE PHONE NUMBER? ANYONE?
do a search for "bushwhacker rum" using any search engine and a number of sites with recipes will come up. one is :www.1vacation.com/bushwhacker.htmla
Check out the website for Woody's on St John. They list recipes for some of their drinks, including bushwhackers.
Its "www.woodyssseafood.com".
Billy,
I had my first bushwacker at Paradise Point about 4 years ago, i bought a shot glass with all the ingredients, they are 2oz coconut rum,6oz Baileys,4oz kahlua,4oz amaretto,2oz vodka. Blend with ice, add some whipped cream and a sprinkle of nutmeg. Enjoy!!!!

Billy: The most important part of a Bushwacker is that there are no mixers- all alcohol. Experiment with Bailey's, Kahlua, Amaretto, Vodka and Grand Marnier- (general proportions from most to least). Stay away from any recipes that list milk, ice cream or cream of coconut.
