Recipe 2: Ingredients
2oz Coconut rum
4oz Kahlua
6oz Bailey's Irish Cream
4oz Amaretto
2oz Vodka
Directions
Fill blender 3/4 with ice. Add ingredients, blend. Pour in glass and add some whipped cream and a sprinkle of nutmeg.
These recepies sound wonderful- Do you know any other great ones?
Also, any other rum ( infamous rum punch etc.) or with bailey's would be great. (You didn't know that you would also be a bartender, did you ?)
I'll be going cruisin' in Sept. and can sample pre trip and stock up while I'm there. Do you know a good place to go for liquor in St. Thomas and is it less expensive than Puerto Rico, Barbados or Aruba?
As far as rum goes (my favorite), Bacardi in PR and Cruzan in the USVI almost anywhere was about 1/4th the price of what I pay here in the States. 🙂
Jay,
Didn't Rolston use cinnamon instead of nutmeg? Perhaps that was the secret to his recipe!

I'm not sure what he used. After drinking them all night I ended up running into the sea for a swim (about 1:00am) and getting stung by a jellyfish. I wasn't feeling much pain...hehe.
Hello Rosemary,
If you look at our monthly e-zine there are drink and meal recipes included with each edition... so you might take a look there for other drink recipes like planters punch ect.
