We've stayed at the Windward Passage twice and enjoy the full breakfast available at Glady's. Bumpa's is OK but it's an, order here, pick-up here, eat off paper plates kind of place. The restaurant at Wind. Pass. is not bad for a basic eggs, meat and toast breakfast either. The service there tends to be slow but if you let your waiter know you have to catch a ferry or plane they will (perhaps) pick up the pace to full normal.

The CLOSEST place outside Windward Passage is the Petite Pump Room, at the Blyden ferry terminal across the street and to the right. You've got a beautiful view of the harbor (especially if you sit outside on the balcony), but I thought the portions were small. Tasty though.

Going further in that direction is Frenchtown where you can dine at McDonald's or the Frenchtown Deli. Don't know if Hook, Line, and Sinker has breakfast., but it's also in Frenchtown near the Deli.

Gladys' and Bumpa's are to the left as you exit Holiday Inn, and are a bit further walk than Blyden terminal and Frenchtown. BTW, Petite Pump Room isn't open for breakfast on Sundays.
