Need a place in or near Red Hook for early breakfast as we have a 7:45 AM departure on Piratges Penny. Can you help?

Not sure when Marina Market opens but you might be able to pick up some breakfast, snacks, drinks there if they are. If you are staying at a hotel that has a refrigerator you might pick up some items at the grocery store the day before and pack something yourselves. The restaurants in Red Hook like Off the Hook, Caribbean Saloon ect - I don't think they serve breakfast. Bonnies by the Sea at Elysian Resort has breakfast but it starts at 7:30am so that wouldn't work for you. Maybe Greatful Deli or Burrito Deli might do breakfast- not sure.

Both Burrito Bay and Greatful Deli do breakfast ... Burrito Bay has a great breakfast burrito - I recommend it with the homemade sausage they have as well - it's eggs and cheese for $3.5o plus whatever you add it. Enjoy!

Pamela is correct- the Grateful Deli serves breakfast and also, the Burrito Bay serves breakfast. I just came back from there and had breakfast at both places- also, the weather is great!!! I love the area so much, I bought a condo there 2 years ago, and then another one a few months ago- it's a super, fun place- Enjoy!!!
