My husband and I will be returning to St. John with friends next year. Any places to get hair braiding?
you can have hair braided at a few different spots. The Westin offers it everyday near the pool. In Cruz Bay you can go to a lady right next to Sadie Sea Charter Boat Center (across the street from the National Park Dock). There are probably a few other places as well not to mention in the park by the people ferry dock there are usually stands setup selling rings, paintings, cds, and hair braiding.

The best braider on STJ is Philomen (IMHO). She located in a small area just before you get to ST. John Properties and Mongoose Junction and across from the National Park dock. Her phone # is usually on a board in front of her space.
