Since "all beaches are public on St. Thomas", can I go to the beaches inside the enclave of Botany Bay?

The beach is public to the high water line. Can you force someone to let you traverse their property to get to the beach? Don't think so.

Since Botany Bay has CZM permits for development that include ensuring Public Access they do have a few parking spaces inside the security gate and you can walk down and back UP the long steep road to the beaches. Sign in at the gate, park, take water with you, walk down enjoy and smile wave and hope one of the construction work trucks will give you a ride back UP the hill.
