Hello all,
First of all, I'd like to say how much I enjoy this board. I am getting so much information that I need for my trip. My husband and I are the winners of a week's stay at the Divi (air included!).
We are bringing our daughter, who will be turning 8 years old while we are in St. Croix. I am wondering about the requirements for booster seats in cars. Here in Pennsylvania, the law is up to 8 years old or 80 pounds needs to be in a booster. Is there similar requirements in St. Croix? If so, is it possible to rent one with the car? Also, if anyone can help with a kid-friendly way to celebrate her birthday (in mid June) that would be great!
I'm told the Divi now has a spa--has anyone tried it yet? Thanks so much!

Hello,

What is required: Driver and front passenger must be restained by a safety belt. Any child under the age of five must be in a car seat. In the case of a child aged three through five, seat belts can be used but the child must ride in the back seat of the vechicle. Any child older than five years but under twelve must wear a safety belt.

Hope that helps.
