I bought my wife her wedding band at Boolchands in Havensight a few weeks ago and I was looking at the paper work that came with it the other night and there is no documention of the clarity, color, etc. I know I should have got them in writing at the time of purchase but I didn't. Do they usually supply you with this and should I be worried that I bought her a ring that is not worth what I paid for it. I am having it appraised here for insurance purposes and will find out for sure but I just wanted another opinion on it. Boolchands is a reputable jewelry store, right?

Every diamond and/or high end jewelry piece OR watch should always COME with a certified appraisal; they DID issue you one of these right?
If not, then certainly call them for one. Boolchands is all over the place down here in the Caribbean, I honestly don't think you have anything to worry about. And actually, the direct number to the Havvensight store is: 340-776-0302.
And to the lady who wants to know about the watch, tell me the brand and model of the watch, and I'll let you know if you can still purchase one, I work with mid to extremely high end watches daily.

I purchased A JVC high definition camera at your store last week and now see the same camera
on the internet for $455 less. There are many websites that offer the same camera at ranges
from $840-$1169. Is there either any way to return the camera, offer a refund of the difference.
I have not used the camera yet.
