We are interested in buying a book on the local fruits, trees and plants of St. Croix. Any suggestions on titles? I have done three searches and have come up empty.

Sources for these include local bookstores, the USDA offices on St. Thomas and St. Croix, UVI bookstores (340/692-4162, 693-1561), and places like the Whim Plantation on St. Croix.
The Cooperative Extension Service of the UVI lists other relevant books on its website. You can read articles on local plants for free on this site and also on the local USDA website. A search for Olasee Davis will bring up articles by a local ecologist.
