The villa that we like is rented through BookitVI or Caribbean Days...I haven't really heard much about either of these rental agencies. Are they local?? I guess what stood out more than anything else was Caribbean Days says to add a 5% "service charge". Has anyone had good/bad experiences dealing with either or these villa managers?

Thanks in advance,

Book it Vi is the calender holder of many different villas. I do not believe that Caribbean Days is the Calender holder of any villas, they would have to book it thru.....Book it Vi or which ever management company is the calender holiday.

We have used Book it Vi twice and have been very happy. We stayed at Carnival Beach House for New Years and very much enjoyed it.

Could you provide some information about Carnival Beach House. Are there other people using the pool when you rent it? How did you like it overall? We were just a little confused about exactly what the set up was re the owners, caretaker, other renters.
Thank you so much.

When we stayed at CBH we rented both the Upper and the Lower Unit, so I am not sure if they rent to someone else if you only take one unit. The Caretaker lives in the main house, we never saw her except for the day of check in. She showed us where we could leave notes for her if we needed anything and also provided her cell phone number. She said she worked in town and was always gone between 900a and 600p. You would not even know that someone lived there.

The pool area is beautiful and we were told we could use any of the outdoor areas including the caretakers large front patio. If there were but one drawback it would be that we like to cook in on occasion, and there is but the tiniest
bit of a kitchen with a small dorm sized fridge. Other than that the property is very nice and the beach is but a couple hundred feet out in front.
