Do any have an overnight sail included? Thanks ahead of time. ALso anyone know of where to find solo steelpan drummer? Thanks again:) lisa

Hello Lisa,

You might look into http://www.interlinesail.com they do overnight boat trips... but I think it might be a couple days but definately look into it. You can try contacting the folks at http://www.mokojumbi.com they likely could help you find a solo steelpan player if you aren't able to locate one directly.

The only Steel Pan Drummer SOLO I can think of is at the Best Western Emerald Beach hotel on every Friday night at the Palms Hotel Restaurant. Included with this night is a Caribbean Buffet (local caribbean dishes). The EBR is 1/4 mile from the King Airport in STT...but Sam and or Rolston the beach bartenders make it fun. 🙂

Try Bill Bass. He plays solo at the Sunday brunch at Rumrunners. He is excellent and plays on all the islands. Check out his website or call for his schedule:

Good suggestion on Bill Bass; great music.... Lisa do keep in mind he is on St. Croix - so if you are on St. Thomas or St. John and need him to perform there you would need to fly him over??

Andrew is another solo pan player. I am not sure how you can find him. He plays at Blue Moon, Bonnie's and several other places. He is a Trini and very good!

As far as a day charter the Jester out of the point pleaseant resort is the best(sailjester.com) !!! Captain Jim is Great . My husband and I charted him for a day trip and it was truly one of the best days we have spent on this earth! If you can't talk Jimmy Buffet into taking you sailing for a day Capt. Jim is the 2nd best thing. We are going to vist Soggy Dollar and Foxys with him again this July and I can't wait!!! Congratulations and Best Wishes To You and yours!
