I'm thinking of renting a boat while on St. John. Rented and dinghy last time and was too slow to get vary far.

Interested in any experience you might have had renting a boat for the day while on St John.

Also, are there mooring bouys along any of the secluded south shore beaches? If so which ones? Lamshire? Reef Bay?

There are moorings at Big and Little Lameshur and Salt Pond.
