I believe it is.

If I can get my act together for more than 7 minutes at a time, I plan to book it for this coming August. It looks nice and Caribbean Villa has told me that while it's a little older, it's been recently updated and is in good shape.

For the price, it looks like a great value. It has what we wanted; a big pool, good location to town and A/C in the Bedrooms
