Have you received any answers to your questions? I am also looking into staying at this place and they have an awesome deal going on right now for $2100.00 per week. I talked directly with the owner and it sure sounds like the perfect place for the price. I was just curious if you had received any additional information that might help us make our final decision.

I didn't get any feedback from the board, but decided to move ahead with the rental nevertheless. The owner is offering a great deal. After several conversations and email exchanges, I was signing the contract when the owner sent me an email to say the week was no longer available. He had sent me an email with the rental agreement, welcome package etc., then an email saying sorry...not available. All within 24 hours...My only recommendation, if you want it, move quickly with the payment.
