For those of you who might fondly remember the heavenly low-calore 😉 concoction that was made in the soft serve ice cream machine at the beach bar at the now closed STT resort formerly known as the Grand Beach (and known by a few other names, as well) or for my fellow Chocaholics that might not have ever had the pleasure: I came across some old, old trip folders today and discovered the bartender's recipe. We used to even stop for one of these to go on our way to the Red Hook ferry when we were staying on STJ. Yummmmmmm...our blender will be a'whirring tonight ...

2 Parts Hersheys Chocolate Syrup
2 Parts Coco Lopez
12 Parts Milk
1 Part Creme de Banana
2.5 Parts Dark Rum (like Myers)
1.5 Parts Creme de Cocoa (dark)
Add ice and blend to a milk-shake consistency. Grate some dark chocolate over the top, if you dare...
