Hello all! I am looking for a nice casual restaurant/bar to spend my 40th birthday. The big day is December 19th. We are looking for a beach area that we can have a few drinks, but not party city. It must be kid friendly-we will also have our 14 and 8 year old kids. Basically somewear laid back, fun and relaxing. Suggestions would be great, this will be our first trip to St. Thomas!
🙂

Heidi's Honeymoon Grill for Saturday night dinner on the beach. Click on Water Island at the top of this board, or check out this site: WaterIslandwica.com for more detail information.

Where are you staying?
This would help us to advise you on where to go.
Also, are you renting a car?

Iggy's would be great. Right on the water. Plenty of room for the kids to have fun. Good Food, Great Bar.

Good Luck! Have Fun!

Thanks for the replies, we are staying at Watergate condos on Bolongo Beach and yes we are renting a car. I know Iggies is right down the beach. Kind of wanted something else for that special night, since we will probably be spending a few nights at Iggies since it is so close by.

My suggestions: Robert's at the Elysian (good food, outside, just off the beach) or the Agave Terrace at the Point Pleasant Resort (good food, outside, incredible view). Two nice places for a special night with the kids.

Highly suggest reservations.

Happy Birthday!
