Couple questions concerning the drinking water on the Islands...

Is it recommended that travelers should bring bottled water? Or are most places water okay to drink? We are staying at the Frenchman's Reef Marriott, is the water safe in the hotel?

I do know that the islands have different types of liquor- but in St. Thomas do they have Kobel (Brandy)? I'm sure this is far fetched but ya never know until ya ask.

Cheers,
Kim

Bottled water is sold her (STT) so there is no need to bring your own. There are places (mainly small shopping centers) that have warnings against drinking the water due to coliform bacteria but the major hotels & resorts have their own water supplies so it shouldn't be an issue.

Kobel is available here, as are the other major brandy's & cognacs.
