Just returned from 2 weeks in STT, staying at Emerald Beach and for those of you who were in doubt about the place, rest assured it is fine. We had a wonderful time there. Rooms were spacious, clean and the service was very good. Better than last yr. The beach is beautiful and rarely more than 15 people on it at any one time except for Sat when Windwammer cruise people come over to use facilities. Donald, the beach mgr. makes sure that YOU always have lounge chairs over anyone else coming to use beach. If he knows your staying and want chairs, he will have them put out with towels on them to reserve them for you before you ever get on the beach. Be sure and have one of Sam or Ralstons bushwackers at the beach bar. There so good but no one will tell you what is in them. Thanks to this messsage board I got the receipe. Thanks to all of you Island people who told me the where the stores were that I was intersted in. I found all of them plus a lot more. I sure helped contribute to your economy. LOL We have booked for next yr. already. If your thinking of going to BW Emerald beach, go on down and enjoy. Best Value for the money. Forgot to mention you also have a large private patio right on the beach. It's like another room. Enjoy.

Is the Wedding being held at Emerald Beach? The Palms Restaurant would be a nce place for a brunch, If, they would guarantee you it would be only your group. If it was open to the public also, I think it would be crowded. Sometimes weddings there have a light brunch around the pooland I would not like that. There are too many other people walking around and in the pool. Hope this helps. Good Luck
