I was wondering if any of you had thoughts on the safety of beaches at night? I'll be staying at Concordia (less than 2 weeks now!) and the moon will be full while we're there. I thought it would be pretty amazing being on the beach under the nearly full moon (we're planning on going to Miss Lucy's for the actual full moon. Since we will be at Concordia, I was thinking of hiking Ram's Head under moonlight and then of course a stop at Salt Pond Bay to cool off afterwards. Thoughts anyone?

hiking to Ram's Head on the full moon is an excellent thing to do! I have been out to the point 4 or 5 times for the full moon and it is a really awesome experience. You might encounter some staff from Maho Bay Camps when you are out there as we have been known to organize ourselves and make a night hike for the full moons. Hiking out during the day is great too! You will be safe.
