i like to snorkel, which beach do you reccomend , and how much would the taxi fare be each way from there?? have read where meaghans bay is nice but snorkeling isn't . any help here would be appreciated p.s. fare would be from cruise docks. thanks again
Coki seems to be the favorite snorkeling beach. You can even feed the fish! Am not sure about taxi rates but my guesstimate would be anywhere from $6-$10 depending on the number of people.
Coki is the favorite for easy beach acess to the snorkeling, and good snorkeling overall.
Its about $10 one way for one person and $7 each additional person.

third trip to t=st.thomas. i love megans bay, i dream about it at night, this will be our third cruise there. my question is how much would it cost for 3 adults to go from the dock to magens by taxi. i'm very frightened of the ride to the beach, last time our safari train got into accident and part of it went over mountain side, i was so terrified. would a taxi driver be willing to drive more cautiosly and a little slower if we increased his fare when we got to the beach, and would he be willing to pick us up for the ride back to the ship with an additional amt. added to his fare. we will be going in november, thank you for any information you can give me
