My fiance and I are planning on getting married on the island of St. Thomas on September 5, 2006 (a Tuesday). We would like a beach location that is not crowded (empty would be great!), not very developed, and has crystal clear water and a beautiful bright blue skyline.

My two questions are these:
1. What beach would you reccommend?
2. What time of the day would be best for capturing those bright blue skies? (Keeping in mind our cruise ship docks at 10 a.m. and leaves at 8 p.m.)
