Beach closure?

I just read that all beaches close at 4pm daily. Is this true?  If so is it enforced? Was looking forward to being at the beach all day.

Virgin Islands beaches are open with the following restrictions.
● All beaches will be closed from 5 p.m. until 6 a.m. on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays.
● No picnics, parties, disc jockey (DJ), DJ equipment or the likes, camping, bonfires, cooking, barbecuing or grilling is permitted on any beach.

Have a great trip and enjoy the beaches.
