It is an older villa. You will absolutely love the location and views. We rented it in November and loved it. I don't know that I would recommend it for two couples to split as the lower bedroom is seperated from the living area by a set of steps and the views are not what you get from the upper bedroom. The fridge is a little worn but works well. The other kitchen appliances were more than adequate. The master bath could use a bit of work also but is comfortable. We would stay there again as we found it a great value and again, the views are unique and the location is most convenient.

Have a wonderful trip and please do toast the sunset for us. Now that I think of it, we never made a sunset at the villa. We always enjoyed a beach sunset our last trip.
