Hello Friends - following a week in STJ, my wife, I & some friends will be renting a power catamaran and touring the BVI for a week. We did this a few years ago and it was a wonderful experience. On that trip and during our other travels we have stopped at such places as Peter Island, Jost VD, Leverick Bay, Marina Cay, Norman Island & the Indians, Cooper Island, Saba Rock, The Baths and a few other places on Virgin Gorda.

This time we intend to head to Anegada for one of our stops -- any recomendations for other BVI places (either for the day or overnight achnorage) we might have missed? THANKS!

Sounds like you've got a lot of it covered.

When we stopped at Marina Cay, we made sure to be there for Happy Hour to catch Beans....if you haven't seen him before, he's definitely entertaining and worth the stop.

Afterwards, we went over to Donovan's Reef on Scrub Island for dinner. I believe Scrub Island is being developed now, so it may hold a little different allure, but back then, Donovan's was the sole restaurant, store, building (besides a house) on the Island and it was a pretty cool place to stop for dinner. Basically, you'd radio ahead for reservations earlier in the day, and dinghy in from where you were anchored/moored by Marina Cay.

When we cleared customs at Soper's Hole, there was surprisingly good shopping there, so perhaps you may want to stop there for a bit.
