Does anyone know about the bar near the MT. Victory Camp that is owned by Bruce and Mathilda Wilson...supposedly it is a very "community" type place for the locals as well as a few adventuring tourists that hosts a pig roast on Sundays. My husband and I will be arriving Thursday the 31 of August...we usually try to scout out the more remote areas, as we are really not into the tourist scene. Thanks for any info, Resa.

The Sunday pig roasts are actually at Mt. Victory Camp. The only other bar I know of in that area is the Domino Club, home of the world famous beer drinking pigs. Maybe someone else knows more.

Very rustic, truly a watering hole! Never had a bad visit there and the pigs are funny!

We always take the grandkids. Norma makes a great banbana daquiri and an awsome hamburger. If you want to see the pigs, go before 3 or so. 3:30 or 4 is the end of their "shift", earlier if it's been a busy day.
