I love to shore fish! There is a guide on this website that can be very helpful, https://www.vinow.com/general_usvi/more_info/fishing/ I only fish on St. John, so I am not much help on the places to fish on St. Thomas. Maybe someone else can chime in? I know that this has been discussed on the forum before, so maybe you can do a search. Usually rocky places, or fishing off the rocks, you can get some good catches. There are a few fish that are off limits, and a few you don't really want to eat, but there are several tasty varieties out there. (snapper, and several kinds of grouper) You must also remember that fishing in a swim zone is not permitted. Hope you and your daughter have fun!
