Here it goes:
We stayed at the Wyndham for a friends' wedding(the hottest one I've ever been to)The hotel was nice as well as all the help.Iwas very suprised but the snokeling was pretty good if you go to right hand side past the big rocks.Isaw so many amazing fish here.
We went to Coki beach a number of times and saw a giant (3 foot) Barracuda that scared the you know what out of me,along with an abundance of sea life, but go early before the cruise passengers then it gets too packed.
We took a drive to Sapphire beach went snorkeling and My wife was snorkeling, she stands up and says take a look at this giant fish, so I do and rush her out of the water because again there was a 3 foot barracuda(she had alot of jewelery on). However the snorkeling was really good there too.
Megans bay was nice for swimming with the family and also saw some amazing yachts,we heard some people saying they saw a sea turtle but not I.While at Megans bay we figured we would goto Hull bay, what a fun drive spinning the tires back up the mountains(it was raining).
Thursday we took the car ferry to St John and went to Caneel,Trunk, and Hawksnest they were the most beautiful beaches I've ever seen, and the snorkeling was the best too much to mention.
We didn't get in as many things as we wanted, my daughters are a little tough when it comes to traveling but we felt we needed a vacation for us too.
Well, Ihope you all enjoy.I'm not much of a writer sorry for the mistakes

Matt

Thanks for the report TT -- sounds like you had a great time! I too enjoyed Wyndham many times. There are many complaints about the beach, but when there are SO many great beaches to go to in such close vicinity -- who cares? I agree about the snorkeling off to the right near the rocks. Saw a barracuda too, and it was more than a little frightening! We really enjoyed all the iguanas there, too, and they have a great Kids Club to boot! Welcome back!

If you are at the Wyndham on the beach facing the water, go left past the rocks toward Point Pleasant's "Sugar Beach"...LOTS of good snorkeling there! We saw all kinds of crazy fish, and a sea turtle in the distance.

Sounds like a wonderful trip! Glad you had a great time! 🙂
