Just returned from 8 days in Paradise!! Weather was perfect, islanders friendly, snorkeling great, and villa terrific!!! I want to thank all of you on the message board for all your advice. My daughter got married at Cinnamon Bay on Saturday at sunset. Anne Marie Porter performed a beautiful ceremony. The photographer from Blueglass did a terrific job. Totally stress free wedding!!! Just a few things to pass on. We rented Sundance from Cloud9villas.com. Marcy, the manager, was terrific before and after we arrived. Sundance overlooks Hart Bay-close to town but far enough away to be relaxing. The villa has a pool, hot tub, very clean, well-stocked (beach towels, floats, chairs, coolers, etc.), and well appointed. We rented a Montero from Cool-Breeze and that went well. Rented a 29 foot boat from Naughty Nymph at the Westin and went to Tortola. Cane Garden Bay was wonderful. We had excellent meals at Asolare, The Fish Trap, and The Balcony. The service was attentive, good food presentation, and I would recommend all three. Had a great time at Skinny Legs in Coral Bay. Baked in the Sun Bakery above Starfish market has great breakfast sandwiches and a great variety of other sandwiches. Starfish market had everything we needed and we got our liquor at Mixology which is by Chilly Billy's. We have always chartered bareboat from VIP on St. Thomas for our previous visits to the islands. This was the first time we rented a villa and we truly enjoyed the experience. Hope some of this information helps.
