We're staying at a cottage the 1st trip - awesome place. But the wife says trip #2 might be nice with a pool.
I've made a quick search and it looks like most villas are >1 bedroom, especially pool enhanced villas. Am I just missing them so far or is there a lack of them.
There are a few at this site.

A villa is defined as a 'pretentious and luxurious country residence'. Definitely more than 2 rooms and ideally manicured grounds and sometimes a pool. A cottage is a small house with a single story aka bungalow. Iffy finding one with a pool although there are some with jacuzzi hot tubs. This one has a hot tub: http://www.calabashcottages.com/sago.htm . I too was curious and and did a search for a cottage with a pool.
These cottages are really nice, pool or no. We stayed at Sago a couple of years ago.

vacationvistas.com has a place called peter bay gatehouse. It has a hot tub-no pool but a great view and private beach.
Hi Grinder,
I found a great website that might interest you:

hope this can be of some help
something to keep in mind - check the 2 and 3 bedroom prices but for occupancy of just 2.
My husband and I generally travel to St John just the two of us and we have yet to stay in a one bedroom. We usually find 2 bedroom villas that are priced differently depending on the number of people and for just 2 they are very competitive with the one bedroom villas.
PLUS, they are more likely to have a hot tub or pool (we actually prefer and use the hot tub more than the pool - great for those sunset evenings at "home")
