Orignally from NYC relocated to St. Kitts/Nevis 8 years ago and now looking to live on St. Thomas. Two bedroom needed as my mother lives with me during winter months to get away from cold in NYC. Good St Thomas references available. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Good day!

I'm a local Realtor/Property Manager on St. Thomas. We have in our inventory a two bedroom fully furnished condo and possibility an apartment available now. Any particular area desired? Price range? Any pets? Handicapped accessibility needed? Lease term? How many occupants?

Needed: Small apartment, condo, efficiency, studio needed in St. John for long term rental. Does not have to be large or fancy but must be economical.
