It might be helpful if you were a little more explicit about why you're asking.
If you're planning a vacation in the islands and are looking for a personal trainer to help you out while here then no doubt the professionals at the local gyms or even the spas at the resorts which have them would be a good place to start. On the other hand, if you're looking to move here then you might also log onto the VIMovingCenter site (link top of this page) and post on the relocation forum. Ditto if you're thinking of moving here and setting yourself up as a personal trainer. Whatever the scenario, St John and St Thomas are close enough to each other that the distance between the two may not make a lot of difference where recommendations are concerned but St Croix is MUCH further away. PS: The four are St Croix, St Thomas, St John, and Water Island and once you decide on which of the first three you'll be staying we can probably give you some information or at least links to get the info you're looking for.
Try Sunny at Extreme Gym in ST. Thomas. The gym is near Cost U Less.
