What do you consider a reasonable rate?

That would depend on how many days- & what all is included.
I would be content with capt. I woulds not need waited on. But- would hope drink & most food would be included- (dont care if I would have to cook) would not need anything too fancy. More laid back. ( for my sister & I )

I have 2 suggestions:
Call Ellen Stewart at www.stewartyachtcharters.com and ask her about the possibility of joining a by the Cabin boat or a smaller catamaran for just 2.
Call Kirsten at www.cyoacharters.com and pose the question about a 2 person Captained Charter.
I will also say that that week and time period is a fairly busy time for the VI generally and your choices may be limited on such short notice.
It will be one of the best vacations you have ever had though as the sailing and destinations are both superior.

A friend of mine used (tropical yachts.com) They really loved their trip to the BVI's. We were thinking about trying them in the future. The website gives you alot of info. Hope this helps
