Does anyone care to share a good witty/suspense title for days at the BEACH sipping painkillers??

I love me some good mindless reading. Here are my recommendations:

Hissy Fit by Mary Kay Andrews
Bitter is the New Black by Jen Lancaster
Bright Lights, Big Ass by Jen Lancaster

Mary Kay Andrews has written several other books similar to Hissy Fit, but I haven't read them yet. Next vacation!

The Jen Lancaster books are her "memoirs" and they are the funniest books I have ever read. Mia, you would enjoy them, she starts of as being a self-centered snot and, after losing her job, learns a lesson or two.

Thanks Richmond.....I will definitely look into Jen Lancaster's books...I enjoy a funny book as much as the next guy/gal.

Pia...No need to be sorry...I didn't read it because you recommended it....I simply find the premise in the Shopaholic books to be extremely annoying. I'm sure you would feel the same way about books that I enjoy....

I apologize if my opinion offended you....it certainly was not my intent.
