Which one? Antilles is an umbrella company under which quite a few resorts operate.

Sorry thought it was only one place. It says it is on Cowpet Bay and looks like condos in semicircle facing beach. any other suggestions would be appreciated. looking to spend 2500-3000 for weekly rental.

That's called "The Anchorage". I haven't stayed there, but hear it is VERY nice. I can't comment on that beach. That would be my only conern, if that matters to you. If you're looking for a resort on great beach, you should ask around about the beach in front of the Anchorage and see what you come up with. It is rarely mentioned, so that makes me wonder. I do know people who looked at the condos for the purpose of pruchasing and they loved them, but found them to be very expensive.

I am pretty sure that Antilles manages the Anchorage on Cowpet. They are next door neighbors to the St Thomas Yacht Club. Arthur's is a great restaurant on the property. It is a condominium complex and there are a number of families that live there, because they have larger units, 2-3 bedrooms. You can walk across some rocks on the other side of the Yacht Club to get to the Elysian and two more restaurants, Bonnie's and Robert's.

Ed: The boats are the Yacht Club fleet. While Cowpet does have quite a few units on it (Anchorage, Elysian, Cowpet East and Cowpet West), Anchorage is also one of the only condos I know of with 3 bedroom units! Have you looked into a 3 bedroom villa?

i took your advice and looked at villas for rent by owner, vrbo.com, which had quite a collection. Has anyone stayed at Fairwinds Villa on Peterborg peninsula?

We have a new villa for rent at Pineapple Village, which is located 3 miles east of Red Hook, it has one bed room with a queen size bed, one with two double bed, and large great room which can have a double bed arranged in it, a full kitchen, and large outdoor patio with dinning table. Each bedroom has their own full bath and small private patio. The villas is 150 steps from the beach at Water Bay and 100 steps from the complex pool. The villa is also a 3-5 minute walk from Coki Beach, a excellent snorkling beach, small shops, bars, and Coral World. This villa is great for families and is children friendly. If you would like more information please feel free to email us.

Good luck with your plans,
Annelies and Gary
