I AM LEAVING FOR ST J W/ RESERVATIONS TO ANTILLES POINT PLEASANT IT IS RATED A 2 1/2 STAR RESORT- BUT IT LOOKS OKAY ON THE INTERNET- I KNOW, dON'T LAUGH, BUT I WON'T BE SPENDING A LOT OF TIME IN MY ROOM. I WANT TO PLAY GOLF AND TAKE AN EVENING OR DAY CRUISE ON A SAIL BOAT. ANY SUGGESTIONS, WARNINGS, ETC YOU COULD PASS ON WOULD BE GREAT... YES 1ST TIME IN THE USVI, BUT I TRAVEL ALOT. OH YEAH, IF SOMEONE CAN TELL ME WHAT THE GREENS FEES AND CART FEE IS AT MAHOGANY RUN THAT WOULD BE GREAT AND IS THERE ANOTHER COURSE ON THE ISLAND OR ON ST. JOHN'S.
TONYA
Tonya-
we got *#$@! by Antilles when we prepaid for a room at sapphire beach and they put us at point pleasant. It was actually a wonderful surprise. The room was clean and nice with a great balcony and view of Jost, etc. The pools were great and the beach is nice too. Coki beach is great for snorkeling and its around the corner. Red Hook has good restaurants and 2 good bars (Duffys and XO).
Have fun!

Hello Tonya,
Mahagony Run is the only golf course on St. Thomas. For day charters/sail you can check out a variety of options at the following page: (cut and paste the link or at the top of this page click on St. Thomas Guide and then activities from the drop down menu)

Tonya:
We stayed at Point Pleasant in April. I suggest you request a (top) unit on the hill. This gives the best view plus these top units have cathedral ceilings. We stayed in D-23. Awesome surround sound stereo system & large TV. The two restaurants are great. Agave for great seafood and Fungi's for burgers and snacks.
Have a great time!
