Hello,
I was wondering if anybody has taken a boat called "Island Time" that leaves from the Westin in St John? I've read about their day trips to the Baths and wanted to know if this would be a good trip to take. I've also read about New Horizons II and wondered was one just as good as the other. We'll be in St John in May and wanted to go ahead a make reservations for a day trip to the BVI.
Thanks for any info.

Diane- If you use them, please post when you return. We are going in June and I am curious about this trip as well.

Diane,

Having just returned from a trip to the Westin, I would recommend that you use the Island Time boat for your trip.

My husband and I used New Horizons II and were not particularly pleased -- especially when we had to wait over 45 minutes for the boat to arrive from St. Thomas because someone there had forgotten their ID. They held up the entire boat so they could go back and get it. So much for getting an early start and beating the crowds. That certainly won't happen on the Island Time!

Also, the New Horizons boat is actually quite small when compared to the Island Time -- I think you'll have a more comfortable trip. And you won't have to wake up as early to get there!

Katherine -

Do you have a website or phone number for Island Time?

Thanks,
Cathy

It's called Cruz Bay Watersports and the name of the boat is Island
Time.

The website is divestjohn.com
