I am looking for an acchorage ont the North side of St. Thomas to stop over on our way to Culebra. Can you anchor in Megans Bay?

You can anchor outside Magens Bay but it's rolly and not real comfortable - near Outer Brass. For an easier time, try Elephant outside Crown Bay. You won't be too far out of you way for a straight shot to Culebra and you will be much better rested. What time frame are you thinking? If soon, I may be able to find you a mooring to use.
