*How on earth can I contact this store? I was there last week, passed up a beautiful ring, and have been regretting it every since. Do they have a website or email address? I'd even call long distance to talk to them!

Give them a call thats your best bet and since the e-mail's not working and they don't have a web site, its your only option. 🙂

Beware! I was onboard a Royal Caribbean cruise in May 2005 as a Mother's Day promotion the Ammolite by the Sea's owner who was traveling with us offered a promotion where if you purchased a $1000 worth of his Ammolite jewelry it would entitle you to a free 7night cruise for two aboard several different liners including RC. All you were supposed to pay was port charges according to the owner who happened to be in the store when I made my purchase. I believed him as his offer was made on the cruise line so I assumed it was legitimate.
Anyway, every time I called for my cruise, I was told to call back six months later. I was never able to book my cruise. I never would have spent the money if the cruise had not been offered. I have tried to reach Ammolite by mail and through Royal Caribbean. Neither avenue gave me any satisfaction.
My husband (now my Ex) had the same experience with Ammolite By the Sea. I really felt that Royal Caribbean should have been partially responsible for making Ammolite By the Sea follow through with what they offered as they allowed the owner to present the promotion to all of us while traveling on the cruise. I wasn't even on the same cruise that you were, so clearly this has happened many times and Royal Caribbean Cruise lines is aware of it as I spoke with many of their staff members until I had developed a serious health concern and had to give up trying to get some satisfaction. I faxed the documentation from Ammolite to quite a few RC personnel to no avail. It concerns me that both Ammolite by the Sea and RC Cruise Lines are continuing to perpetrate this fraud on the unsuspecting public. Something needs to be done.
