For myself, I prefer that folks not drink and drive anywhere, anytime. Adding alcohol never made driving safer. Particularly on steep, dark, winding roads that people are unfamiliar with. While driving a vehicle they're unfamiliar with. And doing it on the side of the road that's opposite from what they're used to.
