I came upon this article:

http://www.onepaper.com/stjohnvi/?v=d&i=&s=News:Local&p=1201842249

One never knows what to say or think about such a sad event. It reminds me that while I'm on vacation and having the greatest time of my life, some of the people I may interact with are just struggling along and trying to get through the day.

Wow, very sad indeed...sure makes you stop and think about things, doesn't it? And yes it does help to remind yourself that you don't know what the next person is going thru, what weight he or she might be carrying on their shoulders. Thanks for the reality check.

This is a tragedy whatever the source and my condolences go out to his family.
I almost hate to say it but given recent events concering local law enforcement when I read the article, suicide was not my first thought. I hope I am wrong and his parents ultimately find peace with their loss.
