I found this story on another message board about plans a STT developer has for building a 9-story condo complex on STJ. http://www.stjohntradewindsnews.com/index.php?option=com_content&task=view&id=345&Itemid=38
Does anyone know anything about this?

Application has been denied - but that does not mean it is dead in the water - they are free to reapply once they have addressed the reasons for the denial.
